This is your chance to lead with purpose in a full time permanent capacity as our Operations Manager - Disability Support. You will oversee our NDIS centre based programs, outreach support and social enterprise services in Yarraville, Bacchus Marsh, Ballarat and surrounding areas.

**_ What You’ll Be Doing _**

As our Operations Manager, you’ll be based from one of our Ballarat, Bacchus Marsh or Yarraville sites and will be required to travel between these sites. You will take the lead in delivering innovative, person-centered programs. You’ll inspire teams, build partnerships, and ensure our services not only meet but exceed expectations.
- Lead & Inspire: Motivate and mentor your team through a time of organisational change to deliver exceptional support and build on the positive foundations of a workforce spread across a vast geographic area
- Forge Connections: Collaborate with families, carers, and stakeholders to create lifechanging community networks.
- Innovate & Grow: Identify new opportunities to expand services and increase revenue.
- Deliver Results: Manage budgets, projects, and performance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

**_ What We’re Looking For _**

We’re on the hunt for a dynamic, purpose-driven leader who thrives on making an impact.

You’ll bring:

- A demonstrated track record in operational leadership,team development and building service excellence through continuous improvement.
- Deep knowledge of disability services and applicable legislation, NDIS Quality and Safeguards and related policies.
- The ability to build meaningful relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- A commitment to excellence, inclusivity, and social justice.

**_ Your Credentials: _**
- Relevant qualifications in Community Services, Social Sciences, or Management.
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
- Current National Criminal History Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
- A Victorian driver’s license and readiness to travel regularly within the region.
- Compliance with Annecto's COVID-19 Vaccination Policy
