Job Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to advance your mining career by taking on a Senior Production Supervisor role at our Moranbah, QLD site. We are seeking a skilled and motivated leader to support our production team in achieving targets safely and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a mining crew with the assistance of a Production Supervisor.
  • Conduct regular inspections and prepare reports as per site policies.
  • Coordinate dispatch personnel, production operators, and equipment to meet production schedules.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Step-Up Supervisor or Leading Hand in open-cut coal mining.
  • A thorough understanding of open-cut coal mining operations.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven leadership and people management expertise.
