THE POSITION

The incumbent will report to the Finance Manager. All staff are employed by the CEO / Executive Principal.

All staff need to be supportive of the values, Christian ethos and Ethical Statement of this Uniting Church day school for girls from P-12.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Finance duties as required including but not limited to:

- Assistance with issuing termly fee statements and setting up direct debits
- Fee statement Reconciliations
- Accounts payable and invoicing
- Reception cover

Other relevant duties to support our finance team.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- A positive attitude with confidence and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- High level of time management and multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- High level of computer literacy (including excel knowledge)

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Accounts receivable / debt collection experience preferred;
- School experience / experience with TASS (The Alpha School System) software will be favorably

- Working with Children Suitability Card or ability to acquire one, is

WORK ENVIRONMENT

- Daily tasks are conducted anywhere within the Colleges (travel will be required between the Colleges so own car / driver’s license is essential).

CONDITIONS AND SALARY
- $59,000 - $63,000 pro-rated
- Part time e. 19 hours a week - flexibility with days and hours
