**The opportunity
As the Marketing Manager for International (Reporting to the Head of Marketing International) you will develop and execute strategic marketing activities that delivers against agreed business objectives and targets for International Health Insurance across B2B and B2C. Customer’s will always be at the front and centre of your planning
As a Marketing manager you are also accountable for developing, delivering, managing, reporting, and optimising marketing campaigns across channels, through to Post Implementation Review (PIR) and well as cross functional collaboration.
**This is a 12mth Fixed Term position, based in Melbourne office. (Bupa offers hybrid working arrangements and you can work from the office or from home)
**How will I help?**
**You will add value by**:
- Being accountable for the ongoing management of the Corporate Marketing budget and managing campaigns and marketing activity budgets to achieve great business outcomes.
- Developing and delivering upon B2B and B2C International marketing and communication strategies that alight to Go-to-market (GTM) commercial strategies.
- Ensuring the delivering and analysis of weekly campaign reporting and use the insights to keep stakeholders up to date on delivery of objectives and for ongoing optimisations.
- Working closely with our agencies and supplies to support your marketing planning, execution, and optimisation
- Collaborate with the business to drive tactical response aimed to drive acquisition
- Manage relationship with International Partnership Managers (PMs) to ensure effective usage of marketing platforms, as well as ongoing optimisation of such platforms.
- Support a Marketing Specialist to prioritise and deliver against adhoc marketing requests.

**What do I need?**
Firstly marketing, is this something just makes your heart flutter and your smile become the biggest smile in the world?
You are a master of B2B and B2C marketing with a tertiary qualification in marketing or a related business discipline and a greater understanding of digital marketing and the wider paid media landscape.
You have proven history of being in marketing and end to end integrated campaign delivery experience.
Proven experience in delivering through the line digital campaigns & creative marketing, copywriting and communication skills will be considered an asset.
