**About the role**

Reporting to the Program Manager, you will be accountable for the establishment and coordination of site, facility and infrastructure works at the Contractor Support Facility (CSF), the two Network Management Facilities (NMFs) and the eight transmit and receive sites. You will also be accountable for the transport, integration and commissioning of a portable node capability prior to migration to an Enhanced Defence High Frequency Communication System (EDHFCS) capability.
- Some of your key responsibilities will include:_
- Acting as the primary point of contact for the Commonwealth and subcontractors for any site, facilities and infrastructure issues.
- Developing and maintaining routine and open communications with program stakeholders to pro-actively understand and resolve program cost constraints, find opportunities, and mitigate risk impacts.
- Ensuring the program complies with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) responsibilities.

**About you**

You have a professionally recognised project management or engineering qualification, with a proven minimum 10 years' experience as a program manager with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You are a strong leader with the aptitude and communication style to build dynamic working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
