Are you ready to steer your career on the fast track? We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Procurement Lead to join our team in the rail industry. If you're passionate about driving excellence in procurement and ensuring the smooth operation of our rail projects, we want to hear from you

**Role as Procurement Manager**
- As our Procurement Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our rail projects. You will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing procurement strategies to ensure cost-efficiency and project timelines. Managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts to secure the best terms and quality.
- Company interface with all Martinus sub-contractors, Liaise and negotiate with internal and external clients to ensure ‘best for the project’ results.
- Ensure effective liaison and feedback is provided to the contracts & procurement team - in the management of project packages.
- Overseeing procurement processes, from vendor selection to delivery.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align procurement with project goals.
- Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

**What We're Looking For**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the rail or transportation industry.
- Demonstrated experience in a lead role on large-scale construction projects specific to logistics and/or materials control.
- The ability to supervise and maintain KPIs
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- A commitment to safety and compliance with industry regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
