**OVERVIEW**

Our Federal Government client is currently seeking an experienced Program Support Officer to join their team at the APS4 level. Within this role you will work under the direction of the Program Account Officer to process invoices and assist with finance and timesheet inquiries.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Process invoice using the internal finances system in line with the business rules and requirements.
- Assist with SAGE/TSP Timesheet queries.
- Monitor shared inbox.
- Support the team in ad-hoc tasks and times of peak workload.

**EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS**
- Finance / accounting experience or education highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to work.
