- Multi-Channel Strategy - Execute marketing strategy by using relevant marketing channels
- Research and Insight Development - Develop deep market and customer insights to guide strategy and activities
- Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns - Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve specific goals, including awareness, engagement, and leads
