**Position Summary**
The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting and executing the APAC marketing strategy, driving exceptional marketing campaigns and programs in region that drive Domo brand awareness and ultimately, revenue.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, develop, execute and manage all aspects of field marketing activities in APAC across multiple channels, everything from sponsoring tradeshows to executive roundtables and direct mail campaigns;
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align Domo’s goals and objectives;
- Content creation for all Domo events supported by HQ Brand, Content and Product Marketing;
- Ownership of Domo’s Partner Marketing strategy in APAC working with agency(s) to deliver effective 50/50 co-marketing activities with our key strategic partners;
- Work closely with sales (ADMs and AEs) to ensure conversion rates are optimised through the funnel in order to reach targets and to monitor and track the performance of lead follow-up plans and closed-loop feedback at the program and activity level;
- Own enterprise, field acceleration activities i.e. executive prospect events small-scale events;
- Creative in-person brand experiences;
- Develop and implement a content marketing strategy that includes creating engaging and informative content to attract and educate our target audience;
- Work hand-in-hand with Domo’s Digital & ABM Marketing Manager to leverage buyer intent data across multiple channels to pursue prospects that meet the ideal customer profile, nurturing them through to buying stage;
- Collaborate with peers in Domo HQ (Utah) to leverage relevant centralised programs and integrate these into the APAC marketing plan;
- Identify and manage the relevant third parties - agencies, media partners, and event organisers to build or leverage lead generating programs and activities that align to the APAC marketing strategy and retire lead quotas;
- Supporting other areas of the APAC marketing strategy where required, i.e. public relations, analyst relations etc.
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in tech B2B field and digital marketing roles, preferably in the SaaS industry;
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or comparable education/experience;
- Experience running large and small scale events;
- Enjoy creating impactful content and brand experiences;
- Strong data and impact analysis experience with campaign management and reporting;
- Prior experience (or similar) utilising platforms across the MarTech stack, including Domo, Salesforce, Demand Base, Salesloft etc.
