**WHO WE NEED?**

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager - In Home Cleaning, to join our Brisbane team and manage one of our Aged Care/ NDIS In Home Cleaning Portfolios. Your primary focus will be to manage the day-to-day cleaning operations, ensuring excellent service delivery to our clients across the portfolio. You will supervise a high performing team through solid delegation, coaching and leadership capabilities.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO?**
- Managing the service delivery and performance of daily cleaning operations providing in-home cleaning services to vulnerable clients including the elderly and those covered by the NDIS.
- Build and maintain strong and lasting client relationships.
- Scheduling work using scheduling software and confirming bookings with clients via the telephone.
- Assisting with the recruitment of new cleaners to enable Challenger to expand our in home cleaning portfolio.
- Driving adherence to high performance standards across the portfolio in accordance with SOP’s, policies and service expectations.
- Be hands on and lead by example.
- Ensure all team members are effectively inducted, trained, skilled and supported to do their best.
- Ensure rosters are prepared to modern award and budgetary requirements.
- Implementing initiatives to drive a high performing and safe work environment.
- Undertake regular reporting and quality assessment using our QA software.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED?**
- A valid driving licence.
- Previous scheduling experience is essential, preferably within an in-home cleaning or NDIS disability support environment.
- Experience managing cleaning teams across multiple sites preferred.
- Proven success in leading and developing a high performing team.
- Strong understanding of in-home cleaning equipment, chemical handling, and WHS requirements.
- Strong understanding of NDIS and the NDIS quality and safeguarding framework would be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of the Cleaning Services Award highly regarded however, not essential.
- Very high attention to detail, time management and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to motivate your team and empower them to deliver the highest standards.
- Good presentation, communication skills and a fluency in English.
- Ability to work with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Current Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance Certificate and NDIS worker screening clearance or the ability to readily obtain these certificates.
