An opportunity exists for an experienced Communications Coordinator to lead and deliver SA’s Communications

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, your new role will lead the planning and implementation of the state communication initiatives, particularly in relation to enhancing the company’s brand, culture, and profile.

You will work with the wider South Australian management team, and alongside the National Marketing and Communications teams supporting the implementation of national marketing initiatives. You will develop and implement proactive communications content for both traditional and digital channels.

You will be an experienced writer helping to coordinate and publish compelling content and tender responses and associated presentation material. You will ensure that bid material is presented in a professional format, following company guidelines. You will have great attention to detail, along with being innovative and forward thinking, following company values.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role, you will have:

- Proven experience working in a similar role with industry experience preferred (construction, engineering, or architecture)
- Strong attention to detail with advanced written and verbal communication skills (journalist background advantageous)
- Sound understanding of communications principles
- An innovative and forward-thinking mindset, while also being an incredibly strong team player
- Experience in bid / tender production (content writing) is preferred
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage strict deadlines
- InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite capabilities preferred
