Western Health is seeking a highly motivated, team focused Instrument Technician Manager to join our busy and dynamic CSSD Team at Sunshine Hospital.

You should have excellent technical skills, mangerial experience and want to support the CSSD team to meet best practice standards in the delivery of safe patent care.

The CSSD team supports 5 operating rooms, DPU and other departments within the hospital. The CSSD staff work across the Sunshine and JKWC CSSD's.

**Essential**:

- An experienced Instrument Technician
- Good Managerial experience
- Completed or willing to complete a Management course.
- Able to support and lead the CSSD team
- Motivated and flexible in their daily responsibilities
- Must meet relevant selection criteria, as documented in EBA and Western Health Position Description.
- Process excellent communication skills
- Have strong leadership skills
- Have effective computer skills
- Must be able to work a rotating roster.
- Be willing to work across all WH campuses
- Support staff with their education.
