We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dealership Finance Officer to join our team.

**About the Role**:
As a Dealership Senior Finance Officer, some responsibilities include:

- Vehicle Bailments: Managing Floorplan limits and payouts.
- Accounts Payable: Processing and managing supplier invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Accounts Receivable: Overseeing customer collections and processing incoming payments. Collaborating with the sales team to address any billing inquiries or discrepancies.
- Bank Reconciliations: Process and conduct regular bank reconciliations to verify and record all financial transactions accurately.
- Credit Card Reconciliations: Processing and reconciling credit card statements, tracking expenses, and ensuring all credit card transactions are appropriately recorded.
- Payroll: Processing payroll accurately and on time, including deductions, benefits, and any other payroll-related tasks.

**About You**:

- A proven background in administration and/or finance within an automotive dealership is preferred.
- Meticulously organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent administration skills along with a high attention to detail.
- Strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment to meet dealership deadlines.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Administration: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Drivers License (required)

- Australia (required)
