Retail Sales Assistants – Join Our LUSH Team

The Indoor Plant Shed is Sydney's go-to wonderland of indoor plants and designer pots. With stores in Caringbah and North Parramatta, we're looking for enthusiastic and reliable retail assistants to join our growing team.

What We're Looking For

  • Availability for 3–4 shifts per week, including most weekends (non-negotiable)
  • Strong retail experience OR horticultural knowledge (garden centre, nursery, florist or similar)
  • A genuine love for plants, design, and creating standout customer experiences
  • A hands-on attitude – this role involves mandatory heavy lifting and being on your feet all day

Your Duties Will Include

  • Engaging customers and delivering exceptional service
  • Recommending plants and pots to suit customer needs
  • Merchandising and maintaining a beautifully presented store and stock
  • Processing sales accurately and efficiently
  • Physical store work – moving, unloading, and setting up stock (lifting required )
