Due to internal promotion, we are currently recruiting a
**Marketing Manager - Lipton Ice Tea** to join our team on an 18-month fixed term contract. This role is based out of the PepsiCo Head Office in Chatswood, Sydney and will work in close partnership with the AMESAA Marketing Director.

What makes this role so exciting is that Lipton Ice Tea is the Number 1 ice tea globally. This role will provide you with the opportunity to lead the marketing strategy, unlock category growth, and enter white spaces; to continue our positive market share, penetration, and category expansion across the ANZ market.

**Accountabilities**:

- Implement the Brand Marketing Plan within the ANZ market, and own the Away From Home channel activation and communication program
- Develop a 360 integrated brand communication plan and work closely with insights, commercial, and cross-functional teams to implement the right support models (with Digital Acceleration at the forefront)
- Drive business alignment through implementation of brand plans across bottlers and PepsiCo
- Drive the White Space strategy into new channels for continued growth
- Lead the regional Lipton Ice Tea innovation projects, on core and opportunities

Qualifications:
**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience within Brand; in either Innovation Management and/or Digital Marketing
- Strong influencing and people management skills; ability to engage with stakeholders (both internal and external) across multiple regions and functions
- Proven ability to manage within a matrix organisation
- Proven track record of success in big-scale projects
