Reporting into the Group AP Manager, your role will include:

- Oversee the AP Invoicing team.
- Develop and maintain invoice process controls.
- Develop and maintain a simplistic invoice processing approach.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute and promote staff engagement/ workshop exercises.
- Develop and maintain AP invoicing Service Level Agreement.
- Review and audit all Vendor changes in the ERP system after creation.
- Analyse processed invoice data to identify any possibilities of simplicity or potential automated functions.
- Educate the business on AP processes and requirements.

**The Successful Applicant**:
We are seeking highly experienced AP professionals with a passion for leadership & process improvement. Key competencies listed below:

- Ability to drive process and continuous improvements across the invoice processing function.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in leading, developing and managing a team to High Performance.
- A hands-on team player that leads by example.
- Experience in managing a high-volume processing team.
- Open to 18 month FTC.
