The City of Perth is seeking a suitably qualified Sponsorship Support Officer to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the transparent, best-practice and centralised administration of the City’s grants and sponsorship programs.

This role will provide administration support in the delivery of grant and sponsorship programs including the management of sponsorship payments, triaging enquires and management of high-volume grants programs.

As the Sponsorship Support Officer, you will support the City by:

- Providing a high level of customer service to organisations seeking funding with the City of Perth.
- Liaising with prospective applicants to ensure high quality submissions which meet the City’s strategic objectives.
- Administering the payment of all grants and sponsorships across the team including raising purchase requisitions, goods receipts and following up on payment enquiries.

You will also have excellent written communication, together with effective stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
