**Brand and Sponsorship Graduate**
We’re the Health Insurance Fund of Australia, but our friends call us HIF and we have an exciting opportunity for a Brand and Sponsorship Graduate to join our team. This graduate position is a 2-year fixed term learning program, that offers the opportunity to gain valuable workplace skills in all things brand, sponsorship and office administration. We are looking for someone who has recently completed a qualification, has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and is looking for the opportunity to act as a brand ambassador in all aspects of their work, ensuring HIF maintains strong employee engagement in order to deliver outstanding member experience.
This role will support the Brand and Sponsorship Manager in the ongoing development and management of HIF’s brand, sponsorships and key partnerships in line with HIF’s vision, values and strategic plans, in order to achieve HIF’s objectives.
**_Throughout the course of this appointment, some of the responsibilities will include;_**
- Planning and management of the HIF roaming kiosk
- Monthly competitor analysis reporting
- Brand asset maintenance
- Activation development
- Administration support
- Knowledge of marketing principles.
- Ability to communicate effectively through all channels.
- Ability to solve problems.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- High level communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience with Adobe Creative and MS Office Suites.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multi-task orientated team.
