The Role:
Picture this: You, as the Captain of Caffeination, leading our talented team to new heights of coffee glory. As Cafe Manager, you'll be the architect of awesome, ensuring every cup is poured with perfection and every customer leaves with a full belly and a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead our passionate team with charisma and charm, fostering a culture of excellence and camaraderie.
- Oversee the daily hustle and bustle of cafe life, from managing inventory to delivering exceptional service with a side of sass.
- Be the face of Fergs, spreading joy and spreading the word about our amazing coffee and treats.
- Turn challenges into opportunities, using your managerial prowess to keep things running smoothly even when the coffee beans hit the fan.

**Requirements**:

- You're a hospitality hero with previous experience in cafe management, ready to take the reins and lead by example.
- You've got a passion for coffee/ food that's as strong as our espresso shots and a knack for making customers feel like part of the family.
- Your leadership skills are second to none, and you thrive in fast-paced environments where every day brings a new adventure.
- You're a problem-solving pro with a positive attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $75,616.64 per year
