The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Manager at Dexus you will be responsible for Macquarie Shopping Centre and play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experience within the centre. Responsible for setting strategy across customer service and working closely with wider team of customer service associates to delivery top end service. The role is responsible for setting budgets and ensuring financials are managed to these budgets.
This role is 5 days a week on site at Macquarie Centre, with responsibility of Duty Manager shifts, two weekends per month, both Saturdays and Sundays.
You will make an impact by:
- Responsible for secret shopper strategy and coordinating and evaluating the scoring.- Report management.- Manage and handle customer enquires and compliant management.- Support Retail Manager with customer complaints involving retailers.- Maintain records of customer interactions and resolutions.- Develop and implement the Concierge and Valet management strategy.- Involvement with emergency planning and risk management.- Duty Manager responsibilities as required.- Assist management with ad-hoc special projects.
About You- Relevant certifications in customer service or management.- Excellent customer service with ability to work under pressure and resolve complaints.- Ability to lead a team of customer service members.- Strong warmth and empathy in care.- Ability to lead a team of customer service members.- Strong verbal and written communications skills
