**The Role**:
- This role will play a key support role in their Operations Team._
- Key areas of responsibility include:_
- Providing first-class support to all clients
- Escalation points of contact for all clients
- Offboarding of clients
- Suggesting and implementing ideas for process improvements and product automation
- Partnering with internal teams to deliver the best customer experience.
- Leading key initiatives and internal projects
- Regular service review meetings with all clients
- Providing first-class support to all clients by learning about their current and future needs and how we could best help
- Point of contact for clients with relation to escalation of issues and working with the wider team to resolve these in a timely manner
- Partnering with internal teams to deliver the best customer experience
- Suggesting and implementing ideas for process improvements and product automation
- Regular service review meetings with all clients
- Leading key initiatives and internal projects
- Demonstrate strong ownership in issue resolution by providing best efforts to investigate, share knowledge, and communicate clearly with all customers
- Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships in the client community to create a better client experience
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery as per client SLA’s
- Continually learn the company platform, keeping up to date with product features and changes
- Customer obsessed and had significant experience building customer relationships.
- 4+ years’ experience in corporate customer service
- Previous experience working in a Fintech, HR Tech and/or SaaS/SwaS business highly regarded.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - able to seek and convey information clearly and succinctly.
- Experience in Franchise business models advantageous.
- Experience with Payroll highly advantageous.
- Proven Focus on high value client retention.
- Technology savvy - able to demonstrate expert levels of prior systems usage and administration.
- Good time management - able to prioritise and manage high volume workload.
- Open communication with internal team members and business operations to help optimize and support workflows.
- Patient and empathetic.
- Maintains a positive attitude through periods of change.
- You are a flexible team player and enjoy working on a diverse team.
- Willingness to travel/visit client offices if required (this may involve interstate travel)
- Driven, think on your feet and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
- Strong organisational ability able to manage complex situations.
