The Opportunity:
To do this successfully you will:

- Support the project sponsors to deliver a compliant solution to the regulatory change initiative
- Understand the impacts of compliance and the legal aspects surrounding the regulatory change project
- Monitor the completion of work across the business and raise concerns to our General Manager of Risk and Compliance where required
- Work with Line 1 risk teams across the business to ensure they have developed and implemented strong and efficient controls to manage the ongoing compliance with the regulatory change
- Drive a continuous improvement and lean-thinking culture

To be successful in this position, you will have:

- Previous experience working within a coordination role in the financial services industry
- Some understanding of risk and business delivery will be highly regarded but not essential
- High level coordination and stakeholder engagement skills
- The ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
- Demonstrated project experience from start to completion.
