The primary purpose of the eConveyancing Specialist is to assist the Registrar-General to meet the State’s commitment to a fully digitised eConveyancing system, participating in the ongoing regulation of Electronic Lodgement Network Operators (ELNOs) and maintaining a national legal framework.

**The Role**:

- represents the State on national eConveyancing working parties and contributes to the national data standard and the regulatory framework, including participation in compliance assessments of ELNOs.
- is responsible for providing support to industry on eConveyancing matters through expert advice on policy direction, strategic planning and assisting with increasing the scope of electronically enabled transactions.
- works closely with Land Services SA to ensure the timely delivery of national eConveyancing programs and projects.

**About You**:
To be successful in this position, you must be able to demonstrate experience across the following key capabilities:

- Sound knowledge of ELNO systems.
- Knowledge of Property and Land Administration practices.
- Experience in IT driven innovation and policy development.

**Desirable Qualification**:
Conveyancing or Property Law qualifications.

**Special Conditions**
Successful applicants may be required to obtain a satisfactory Department of Human Services Criminal History Check or National Police Check prior to employment. A renewal will be required every 3 years.

**Remuneration**:
ASO6 - $98,478 - $104,165
