Miss Pearl Bar & Dinning at the Melbourne Theatre Company Southbank is recruiting for an experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team. This is a hands-on position in charge of bar drinks and staff training.

- Rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday and off on Sunday

**About the Role**
- Reports directly to the Venue Manager
- Supervision of bar, floor and function staff
- Ensure standards of excellence are achieved regarding customer service, staff presentation and grooming
- Lead by example and mentor/guide new colleagues
- Help and support the team on the floor and in the bar when required
- Your background would include
- 2 Years management position in a high quality bar.
- Extensive knowledge of Spirits and Cocktail creation and making.
- Used to working in a busy, fast paced bar environment.
- A love of the theatre and the arts would be ideal

**About You**
- Able to plan logically and set clear working goals
- Great problem solving skills
- Ability to train and mentor other staff
- Experienced and motivated about working in a fast-paced busy environment
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Valid RSA and full working rights in Australia
