Stamford Plaza Melbourne has an exciting opportunity available for a passionate and dedicated Bar Supervisor to join our team.
As a Bar Supervisor, you will be available to provide coverage at Harry’s Bar on a rotating shifts including morning, afternoon and evening including weekends.
In addition to the above, other duties of this position include:
Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers and non-alcoholic drinks.
Assisting banquet, and food and beverage operations as required.
Setting a high standard of work and representing the ‘Stamford Way’
Practising responsible service of alcohol
Providing exceptional customer service to our guest and creating a friendly atmosphere
Exceptional knowledge of our food and beverage menu
Maintain and clean the F&B functional areas as per health and safety standards.
Manage any guest queries and orders via phone.
Communicating with other team members and departments for a seamless F&B operation.
Stamford Plaza Melbourne is looking for a person with the following attributes:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong communication skills and detail oriented
Flexibility in your availability, across a 7 day rotating roster
Passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service.
Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate or willing to obtain.
Food Safety and Handling Certificate or willing to obtain.
