About the Opportunity:
This is a hands-on Bar Supervisor role with focus on service delivery and staff training & development. You will lead by example and coach the team to ensure goals are met.
- Previous Head Bartender/ Bar Supervisor experience
- Strong leadership skills with focus on staff development
- Excellent cocktail, beer & spirits knowledge
- Wine knowledge advantageous
- Exceptional service skills and guest focus
- Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
- Demonstrated ability in building effective relationships
- Organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation
- Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Must have full work-rights in Australia
- Must have RSA Certificate
