**Your opportunity**:
Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Security Solutions, we are seeking a Technology Manager who will be a key contributor to our team. You will play an integral role in the success of our domain team and foster a culture of technology excellence. We trust you to guide our technology vision and delivery in harmony with our business goals and promote a culture that values engaged team members as TPG Telecom's backbone. This role is a 12 - 18 month Fixed Term Contract.

**You'll make impact by**:

- Exhibit ownership and active involvement in strategic planning for systems associated with your domain, including capacity management.
- Account for the life cycle, stability, and currency of the systems, focusing on security, performance, and capacity aspects.
- Lead your domain team with dedication, providing technical guidance, and creating a supportive environment.
- Facilitate operational efficiency programs, ensuring systems capacity meets current and future business needs.
- Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Security solutions team to validate component design and support strategic vendor decisions.
- Contribute to stakeholder discussions and ensure resolution of issues arising from programs and projects.
- Prioritise safety, wellbeing, and continuous improvement, always striving for a better way to exceed our customers' expectations.
- Protect TPG Telecom's reputation by maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of our information assets and systems.
- Familiarise yourself with and adhere to policies and procedures, promoting compliance within your team.
- Manage platform risks, ensure optimal capacity, and guarantee the quality of delivery by both internal teams and third parties.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Strong technical understanding, strategic decision-making skills, and familiarity with capacity management.
- Familiarity with vendor collaboration and resource planning.
- Dedication to continuous improvement and innovation.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred but not essential.
- Experience leading a team.
