Australian Flooring Systems (AFS) is a major player in the decorative flooring industry with 15 yrs experience.

We are seeking an exceptional results driven Sales Representative to join our team based in Western Sydney. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build on our existing relationships while identifying and securing new opportunities for growth.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Drive sales growth using existing database and establish new clientele
- Collaborate with National Sales Manager to achieve overall national success
- Achieve Sales Targets and KPI's
- Meet all company objectives
- Site visits
- Occasional regional travel
- Provide product knowledge and theoretical training to contractors, on-sellers and DIY customers
- Cold calling
- Performance based with incentives
- Proven track record in sales with a hunter style approach
- Knowledge and experience in the industry is beneficial
- Have strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills
- Self driven with the ability to work autonomously
- Attention to detail
- A valid driver's licence

Salary will be compensated accordingly including a motor vehicle allowance and all travel expenses.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 3 years (preferred)
- Sales: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
