**Introduction**:
**About the role**:
We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-orientated HR Admin person to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a predominantly remote role, ideal for someone who thrives working from home while staying connected with a collaborative HR function.
In this role, you'll provide essential administrative support across all aspects of HR, from onboarding and employee records, to assisting with the recruitment and supporting day-to day HR operations.
**Description**:
Duties
- Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
- Assist with writing position descriptions
- Assist with contracts and onboarding documents for new starters
- Assist with payroll preparation by ensuring accurate employee data
- Assist the HR manager to prepare any documents or letters required.
