**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement return-to-work programs for employees who have been on leave due to injury or illness
- Collaborate with HR, managers, and medical professionals to assess and manage workplace health and safety risks
- Provide support and advice to employees on rehabilitation and return-to-work options
- Monitor the progress of employees on return-to-work programs and make recommendations for adjustments as needed
- Communicate with insurance providers and medical professionals to ensure the timely resolution of workers' compensation claims
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, managers, and employees
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013 (Vic) and the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 (Vic)

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health, such as Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or Exercise Physiology
- Proven experience as a Return to Work Coordinator, preferably in a retail or similar industry or Occ Rehab environment
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013 (Vic) and the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 (Vic)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
