Calvary Care are looking for a Return-To-Work Coordinator to join their team on
**a fixed-term 6 month contract.**

**The Company**:
Founded in 1885 by the Sisters of the Little Company of Mary, Calvary is a charitable, not-for-profit health care organisation. With over 18,000 staff and volunteers, we have a national network of 14 Public and Private Hospitals, 72 Residential Care and Retirement Communities and 19 Community Care service centres.

**The Role**:
The RTW Coordinator works with injured employees, their managers, treating health practitioners and other key stakeholders to ensure a supported and timely return to work program, maximising rehabilitation outcomes for workers and minimising impacts on insurance premiums, while maintaining a positive safety culture and working collaboratively to achieve beneficial outcomes.

**What we need from YOU**:

- Experience is desirable in the following IT systems: Riskman, Solve Injury and Finance1
- Experience in a Return-to-Work **OR** Workers Compensation Role
- Ability to work autonomously
