- Immediate start. Fulltime hours, Mon to Fri
- Temporary role for 2 months. Circa $60ph+

Works with employees and line managers to provide support and guidance that will improve the delivery of best practices in injury Management.

As the RTW Coordinator your main responsibilities will include:

- Workcover, Return to work, Injury Management coordination, providing hands-on management of physical and psychological injuries and Work Cover claims
- Support the undertaking of injury management / return to work /claims activities as required to ensure timely and effective services are delivered to reduce WorkCover premiums under the leadership, technical guidance and support from the primary injury management advisor
- Proven competency in the provision of expert advice, excellent customer service and collaborative case management
- Well-developed computer skills, in particular, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Minimum requirements for this position:

- 3+ years experience in a similar RTW role
- Must have completed the 2 days Vic RTW Coordinator course
- Qualifications in Work Cover Management, OT, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Human Movement
- Demonstrated ability and experience in the coordination of illness and injury recovery, rehabilitation and return to work
- Extensive understanding of the workers compensation claims management for Vic
- Required to possess a current Victorian Driver Licence
- Applicants must be an Australian citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold a valid work permit or visa
