We are an extremely dynamic business, launching an incredible number and range of new products The Opportunity Samsung Electronics Australia is looking for a National Account Manager to join our versatile TV/AV team. This role will require a highly passionate individual to build sales plans and achieve sales objectives with one of our key accounts in Consumer Electronics. **Role and Responsibilities** The National Account Manager in our TV/AV category will have the following responsibilities: - **Sales**: Develop sales plans for Sell In and Sell Out and coordinate marketing programs with key accounts within the context of top-line corporate strategy. - **Planning**: Drive and oversee Quarterly Business Planning and annual Joint Business Plan with manager, HOD, Product Marketing and cross-functional engagement with Marcoms and Retail management teams. - **Key Account Investments**: Responsible for Account Net sales result and managing account investment, optimizing ROI and alignment with top-line business objectives. - **Forecasting and CPFR**:Responsible for creation of and updating of the account forecast [CPFR] performance and coordination with retailer and supply chain management team to ensure optimal forecast fulfilment, channel inventory level and long term outlook and Sales forecast. - **Field Priorities**: Set account priorities and direction for State managers and field team to ensure in store execution of retail strategy and promotional activities. - **Offline & Online Promotional plans**:Secure visibility to retailer promotional plan / execute coverage of Samsung digital promotions and events on retailer website. - **Furthermore**:Relationship building, market analysis, training, product knowledge, process improvement, and policy compliance. **Skills and Qualifications** Samsung Electronics Australia is looking for a thriving individual with a "can do" attitude and proactive approach. Relevant experience / skills include: - Above 5 years of relevant experience, open to FMCG, consumer goods & telecommunications industry etc. - Proven national, territory or regional account management experience - Proven ability to achieve specific product sales targets - Previous experience in building and maintaining customer satisfaction through the development of broad customer relationships, including senior management contact - Internal stakeholder management - proven record of working across function to achieve desired outcomes - Ability to produce detailed analysis coupled with insights to build strategic initiatives within your account - High level presentation skills, from presentation creation to delivery of content to key stakeholders. - Knowledge or experience SAP system will be highly regarded **What sets us apart from the rest?** A global leader in all things innovation - this opportunity will fast track your career.
