Our National Accounts Sales teams build deep partnerships with the country’s largest employers and recruitment agencies to develop hiring solutions. They help major companies expand their businesses, hire more effectively and grow their employer brand.

National Account Managers (NAMs) assist large enterprise organisations in managing their online recruitment strategy with Indeed. In this role, you will focus on Account Management, working with Australia’s largest Direct Employers to develop and manage commercial relationships. NAMs are responsible for promoting and advocating Indeed’s diverse products and services so their clients can effectively hire at scale. The impact NAMs can have should not be understated, as they can potentially help thousands of people get jobs.

As a NAM, you’re well versed in Indeed’s products. You can articulate the value proposition against a client’s hiring needs by positioning, bundling and handling any objections presented by senior-level contacts. Crafting a narrative based on data is vital to differentiate our products and stand out above the competition. You have the capacity and sales acumen to manage and grow a book of business of high-touch enterprise accounts with up to seven-figure investment with Indeed. You are comfortable presenting to audiences of up to 20 people and can autonomously engage with senior-level managers.

This is a fully remote position, with onsite visits to the client’s offices required up to 40-50% of the time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive growth by promoting and selling Indeed products & services
- Oversee and manage large, complex, high visibility and strategic enterprise accounts
- Developing new accounts and expanding existing accounts
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, including presentations, webinars and product demonstrations over the phone
- Act as a trusted advisor to your clients, share insights, and continually identify revenue opportunities within an entire organisation
- Analyse and utilise data for in-depth evaluation of accounts to recognise revenue opportunities and drive sales

**Who You Are**:

- 3+ years of experience in an enterprise field sales environment
- Demonstrates success in building and growing new accounts and territories through consultative and solution-based selling
- Understands how to strategically and effectively navigate large, complex enterprise organisations
- Ability to work under pressure, organise and prioritise responsibilities
- Ability to travel up to 40%- 50% of the time
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Online recruitment, digital advertising or recruitment agency experience, preferably

**Salary Range Disclaimer**:
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

**Salary Range Transparency**:
Sydney 100,000 - 145,000 AUD per year
