**About the Role**

The Concession Deed Contract Advisor provides commercial and contracting guidance in close collaboration with operational, project and contract management stakeholders. Working on projects and day-to-day functions of contractual management, the Concession Deeds Advisor will form part of the VicRoads Concession team.

**Position Outcomes**
- Represent the organisation in discussions with stakeholders and contribute to relevant meetings and discussions
- Under limited direction, understand and manage various elements of contracts, including the VicRoads Concession Deed
- Negotiate with and influence key stakeholders to support achievement of external and internal project milestones
- In collaboration with the Senior Project Manager, manage projects in line with the business focus

- Relevant qualifications and experience in line with position requirements

**Desirable**
- Demonstrable experience assisting in the management of ongoing project and contract work
