This leading Australian business has a strong brand presence and enjoys outstanding growth potential. As a key part of the ongoing growth of the business, the team are now seeking a Strategy and Transformation Manager to support the development and delivery of their performance improvement plan.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Demonstrate the ability to drive and contribute to ongoing process improvement plan.
- Production of ad-hoc analysis and project work as required.
- Understand, implement and monitor frameworks and governance.
- Providing effective leadership and people management and coordination of project staff.

**Required Experience**:

- Previous experience of working for a tier 1 or big 4 consultancy is essential; this role would suit a consultant with 4 - 7 years’ experience.
- Action oriented Consultant comfortable working in a constantly evolving environment.
- Track record of delivering cross-functional transformation programs is essential.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
- High-level time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple pieces of work according to the importance.
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal, including a personable and professional phone manner and the ability to communicate with both internal staff and onsite clients.
- Highly motivated, self-driven with a positive attitude.
