**About the role**

We are looking for a Loyalty Marketing Coordinator, based in our Strathpine office, Brisbane who will be responsible for supporting the Loyalty Marketing Team and providing administration and coordination to the loyalty marketing program to drive club member growth and increase member engagement and retention. A key responsibility of the role is coordination and execution of promotional EDM and SMS communication to Club members

**Day to day responsibilities will include**:

- Coordination and execution of promotional EDM & SMS communication to Club members
- Supporting the development and execution of loyalty marketing campaigns (e.g. launch, new features, regular loyalty campaigns) across all channels
- Working with the Loyalty Marketing Manager and Merchandise team to coordinate the development of offers to support the loyalty strategy and marketing campaigns
- Providing administrative support to track and measure the impact and key metrics of loyalty marketing activities and reporting insights to the Loyalty Marketing Manager
- Providing administrative and coordination support to the Loyalty Marketing Manager in the management of loyalty partnerships with external parties
- Ensuring the ongoing development of your personal skills and knowledge

**About you**:

- You will have experience in supporting and delivering marketing campaign planning, production and execution in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, with strong communication skills and an ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in retail marketing and / or loyalty marketing
- Demonstrated administrative skills in the Microsoft Office suite
- Qualifications in business or marketing or demonstrated experience will be highly regarded
