**About the role**

We are looking for a Loyalty Marketing Specialist, based in our Strathpine office, Brisbane who will be responsible for supporting the loyalty marketing program to drive club member growth and increase member engagement and retention. This role will work with a small team of Marketing Coordinators and Specialists and reports functionally into the Loyalty Marketing Manager.

**Day to day responsibilities will include**:

- Contribute to the development and execution of the Customer Loyalty & Retention Strategy
- Use data and insights to define tactical initiatives to deliver a reduction in member churn and increase in high value member retention
- Creating and executing of test & learn activity for loyalty initiatives, analysing results & making recommendations for future improvements
- Support and drive the Supercheap Auto Club program through data & insights using reporting functions and historical understanding of member behaviours.
- Execute loyalty tactical initiatives to attract new club members and drive engagement with members.

**About you**:

- You will have experience in supporting and delivering marketing campaign planning, production and execution in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, with strong communication skills and an ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in retail marketing and / or loyalty marketing
- Demonstrated administrative skills in the Microsoft Office suite
- Qualifications in business or marketing or demonstrated experience will be highly regarded
- Proven experience analysing data and communicating findings to stakeholders
- The ability to conduct robust test and learn activities
