Job Function: Software & Cloud Services The role: - Ability to map customer business requirements to technical solutions. - Provide input and consultation into scoping and architecture phase of Digital Workplace projects. - Create and implement system designs based on in-depth knowledge of M365 technologies and associated workloads and services. - Ability to develop detailed technical designs and execute against project plans as well as scope of works. - Able to learn quickly and keep pace with the rapid changes in the IT industry particularly in cloud and mobility. - Work with project managers to ensure timescales are met on deliverables. - Able to identify risks and issues and manage these with the project team. - Interact with the customer IT teams to deliver the project. - Maintain a high ethical view. - Desire to work in a young, versatile and transnational team who are passionate about their work and enjoy working with technology. **Annual Base Salary: 130,000~150,000 AUD excluding superannuation** What we need to see from you: - **Full-Time Work Rights in Australia** - ** Ability to work in Sydney, Melbourne or Perth** (hybrid workstyle: twice-a-week work at office in CBD) - ** 4-5 years' relevant M365 service delivery experience in Australia** - Considerable experience with a systems integrator or service provider or within a large organization implementing complex M365 solutions. - Several years of customer interaction in a consultant, technical delivery, or technical leadership role. - Must be considered as an expert in many areas of the Microsoft 365 suite. - Have undertaken several Microsoft 365 migrations including. - On premise to M365 - Cloud to Cloud e.g, 365>365 migration - ** Expert knowledge** in the following technology areas - Business Productivity (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive) - ** Microsoft Identities (AAD, ADFS, B2B, B2C, Local AD)**: - ** M365 Security suite (MCAS, Defender, AIP, AAD, Conditional Access)**: - Telephony, SIP, SBC experience favoured. - Advanced knowledge in the following technology areas - Office 365 Migration Tools - BitTitan, Avepoint etc - Intune and SCCM - Ancillary Office 365 workloads including but not limited to Forms, Planner, Power Automate, PowerBI, Viva, Stream. - Mobility and WAN - Identity management - ITIL framework - Good problem-solving skills required. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong business acumen. - Excellent presentation skills as you will be required to present to customers in project and other meetings. - Above all else, a fantastic attitude and good nature to bring to the team Why SoftwareOne?: Discover the heartbeat of SoftwareOne Our 7 core values aren't just words - they're the beating heart of our company culture.
