Hays have recently formed a dedicated Sustainability specialism to cater for the huge growth in this sector. This is a chance to join our team at its early stages and be part of its growth and development.

**Your new role**
You will partner with a range of clients including engineering consultancies, small specialist consultancies as well as Public Sector organisations and Corporate businesses. Recruiting for a variety of technical white-collar positions, you will be highly organised and outcome focussed with a passion for the green jobs of the future and our collective global goal to reach net zero carbon emissions.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Highly motivated and sales driven
- Passionate about helping people flourish and achieve their career goals
- Experienced in a customer service or sales role, working to KPI's
- Driven towards achieving results in an environment full of healthy competition
- Inquisitive and curious, always wanting to know more about people
- Confident to establish new relationships
- Genuine interest in sustainability
