What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience as a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant
  • Strong account management and lead generation skills
  • A background in 360 Recruitment within an agency setting
  • A track record of exceeding targets and delivering results
  • Outstanding candidate and client relationship skills
  • A team-first attitude with a drive for success

Responsibilities:

You will be managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing and executing strategies to attract top talent to your candidate pipeline and for clients, develop and strengthen relationships with clients through hiring managers, cultivate a pipeline of strong candidates for your field of focus in line with business priorities and stay across relevant industry trends to ensure clients benefit from associated insights.
