As our trusted Manager at our fast-growing clinic at **Laser Clinics The Glen** you will play a pivotal role in the business and be responsible for championing our specialist advanced skin & laser therapists to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients whilst driving clinic success through ongoing training and ensuring efficient clinic operations. Of paramount importance is professionally escorting our clients on the journey they seek.

**As one of our inspired leaders you will be responsible for**:

- Engaging, developing, training & motivating our valued team members
- Recruiting & inducting our clinic staff
- Plan and drive operational and retail excellence through the review of performance data (financial, sales and activity levels)
- Promote and advocate our marketing campaigns in clinic and on various social media platforms
- Be an advanced skin and laser expert, who can upskill others within our team
- Rostering, reporting and day-to-day management of our clinics

**What you will bring to Laser Clinics**

We are on the hunt for experienced Beauty Therapists & people leaders, who have a passion for the beauty industry and a desire to inspire and motive
a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence whilst delivering on clinic sales, KPIs and customer satisfaction.

Your toolkit will include:

- Previous experience in a fast-paced beauty/ aesthetics and retail environment
- Professional customer journey delivery, excellent service and a focus on achieving sales targets
