**About us**
At Onemda, we’re passionate about supporting adults with intellectual disability in learning and in life. For more than 50 years, we’ve been delivering a unique mix of learning and therapeutic services which support participants to maximise their wellbeing, achieve their goals and reach their potential.
**We are looking for a Campus Coordinator to join our Doncaster East team**
You’ll be providing leadership and assistance to the staff team, and supporting management initiatives which promote delivery of outstanding services to our participants through a culture committed to innovation and creativity, continuous improvement and safety and wellbeing.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Overseeing group programs to ensure they maximise meaningful engagement and are delivered to the highest standards to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants
- Monitoring staff performance in line with best practice principles.
- Leading and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Supporting group services educators to develop teamwork, open communication, information sharing and a collaborative problem-solving approach
- Implementing and monitoring practice standards in line with NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission
- Preparing monthly management report to Group Services Manager.
**We are looking for someone who demonstrates**:
- Sound written and verbal communication and literacy skills
- Exceptional leadership attributes
- A high level of interpersonal skills
**Eligibility**:
To deliver what we need in this role, you will need to have:
- Minimum Certificate IV in Disability or Diploma/Degree in relevant field
(if you have, or are working towards, a management qualification, even better).
- Current Drivers Licence
- NDIS workers screening clearance
