This is an excellent opportunity to join an innovative organisation that is mature & well-established. You will be a key member of the Executive Leadership team and you will play a lead role in shaping the organisation's culture that will align with high performance.

Partnering closely with the Executive Leadership Team and Board who are passionate about the role of People & Culture within the organisation, you will be accountable for the design and implementation of people strategies that will assist in driving performance, engagement and the overall business strategy. Additionally, you will lead a small team & support their continued development.

You will be passionate, driven, commercially savvy and comfortable working in an environment of high performance. You will also demonstrate a high level of competence in the following areas:

- Technical competence in all facets of generalist HR including performance management, change management, talent management, recruitment, succession planning, leadership development, remuneration and benefits and engagement;
- Extensive HR leadership experience;
- Previous experience in partnering with executives, with strong commercial acumen;
- Experience supporting Australia would be highly regarded;
- Previous experience working in a global matrix environment;
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
