**Overview**

As Head of Finance & HR, you will be responsible for the Finance & HR function of this service based company, ensuring accurate accounting, tax, forecasting, system and people strategies.
- Day-to-day running of the Finance & HR department. Provide leadership, Management and support.
- Provide Commercial Leadership to drive financial goals
- Manage month end processes across P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
- Manage taxation & regulatory requirements
- Manage Forecasting and budgeting and financial models
- Embed a continuous improvement mindset, developing robust controls & procedural framework
- Improve & enhance financial controls
- Coach, lead and develop the finance team

**Essential Criteria and Profile**
- Qualified CA or CPA or CFA and a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Commerce
- At least 10 years’ experience in a Financial Controller or Finance Director role
- Prior experience in financial leadership of a professional services / services based organisation. This includes optimising gross margin returns, utlisation rates
- Complex model building for Financial Planning
- Commerical and contract experience
- CApitai raising experience
- Managing Finance Month End processes
- P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
- Preparing, reporting and submitting tax requirements across several geographic regions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Exceptional people leader and communicator
