**The Role**
If you are an EL 1 Program Manager with experience in managing a grants program and exceptional stakeholder engagement and looking for a long-term labour hire contract to start in the new year, then this may be the role you have been looking for.
**Duties**
- Oversight, management and implementation of associated grants program, joint awareness building activities and events.
- Manage the Grant Rounds in accordance with relevant legislation, regulation, policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Update guidelines and eligibility criteria to define annual grant rounds.
- Pay grants and manage financial processes, including providing accurate financial updates and reports to the Senior Executive.
- Build relationships and engage with Partnership delivery partners and grant recipients, including the private sector, Australian Government agencies, civil society and partner countries.
- Provide support to Ministers, Senior Executives and other stakeholders as required.
**Applicants must possess the following**:
- Be self-motivated, possess good judgement and have a demonstrated ability to operate flexibly and under limited supervision.
- Possess strong skills and experience in program management, including contract management, implementation and budget management.
- Exhibit a high degree of professionalism during regular stakeholder engagement, including with Australian Government agencies, service delivery partners and partner governments.
- Ideally possess experience in delivering government-funded programs.
