**Your role**:
This role is ideal for someone who is ready to grow and challenge themselves in their engineering career working on a diverse range of exciting projects, and values the flexibility of a modern young company.

The role will include, but will not be limited to:

- Carry out assigned 12d civil design work as part of an integral team adhering to technical and commercial standards
- Carry out assigned drafting work (AutoCAD) as part of an integral team adhering to technical and commercial standards
- Be prepared to take a lead 12d/CAD role on select projects within a civil or multi-discipline environment
- Coordinate design and documentation with other engineering and drafting disciplines and with other team members
- Support other sectors of the business on project activities ranging from feasibility to detailed CAD design
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and be committed to team approach and outcomes
- Represent the company to a professional standard at all times and collaborate across the business on an ongoing basis

- Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Engineering (or equivalent)
- Typically, 2 to 5 years of civil design modelling (12d) and drafting experience
- Experience of civil design and drafting of roads (for heavy and light vehicles), stormwater infrastructure (pipes, channels, ponds, etc.), hardstands and stockpile pads and other civil engineering infrastructure
- Practical experience with AutoCAD (essential), experience with 12d (essential)
- Previous new energy and land development experience not essential but highly regarded.

**Role Availability - Immediate Start**

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
