Job Description

How you'll make a difference

  • Deliver civil engineering design solutions across roadworks, stormwater drainage, earthworks, pavements, and water and sewerage infrastructure projects for a variety of clients.

  • Collaborate with a team of engineers, designers, and drafters, contributing to high-quality project outcomes through technical expertise and innovative digital delivery methods.

  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities while expanding your skills and exploring career development within a global organisation.

  • Work closely with industry-leading peers across disciplines, gaining exposure to a broad range of projects across Defence, Transport, Water Resources, and Urban Development.

  • For senior engineers, mentor and coach junior team members, shaping the next generation of engineering talent while building your own leadership capability.

Qualifications

  • Planning and design of civil infrastructure; roads & transport, stormwater assets (quantity and quality), services/utilities, earthworks, etc.
  • Technical and non-technical report writing in plain English.
  • Positive, collaborative approach, working with diverse team.
  • Use of design standards and practices for civil infrastructure design (for example; QUDM, Qld Main Roads MRTS & Road Drainage Manual & Standard Drawings, IECA Erosion & Sediment Control, Austroads, QUU or Water Services Australia (WSA) Standards, South-East Queensland Local Council Design Guidelines/Standards, amongst others).
