Job DescriptionHow you'll make a difference
Deliver civil engineering design solutions across roadworks, stormwater drainage, earthworks, pavements, and water and sewerage infrastructure projects for a variety of clients.
Collaborate with a team of engineers, designers, and drafters, contributing to high-quality project outcomes through technical expertise and innovative digital delivery methods.
Identify and pursue new project opportunities while expanding your skills and exploring career development within a global organisation.
Work closely with industry-leading peers across disciplines, gaining exposure to a broad range of projects across Defence, Transport, Water Resources, and Urban Development.
For senior engineers, mentor and coach junior team members, shaping the next generation of engineering talent while building your own leadership capability.

- Planning and design of civil infrastructure; roads & transport, stormwater assets (quantity and quality), services/utilities, earthworks, etc.
- Technical and non-technical report writing in plain English.
- Positive, collaborative approach, working with diverse team.
- Use of design standards and practices for civil infrastructure design (for example; QUDM, Qld Main Roads MRTS & Road Drainage Manual & Standard Drawings, IECA Erosion & Sediment Control, Austroads, QUU or Water Services Australia (WSA) Standards, South-East Queensland Local Council Design Guidelines/Standards, amongst others).
