Junior Service Delivery Analyst

Our client, an Australian Iconic Enterprise is looking for Junior Service Delivery Analyst to join their team for an initial 6 months + extensions.
You will be supporting the BAU operations of Telephony, Scanners and Messaging. They are instrumental in ensuring a great end user experience across these services, they assist our end users to ensure their tickets are managed from raise to fulfillment
**Responsibilities**:
- Supports the Lead to ensure the assigned service(s) are delivered in accordance with the overall ITSM strategy and in line service contract lifecycle for Workplace technology
- Assisting with the proactive management of issues relating to the assigned service(s), ensuring these are effectively tracked and communicated.
- Ensuring assigned service(s) are maintained to the standards and set out under the relevant vendor contractual SLA - As guided by the lead.
- Builds positive and influential relationships between the internal and external stakeholders to demonstrate effective collaboration and teamwork
- Acts as an escalation point for the business for the assigned service(s).
- Supports the strategic and operational delivery of related IT service agreements.
- Strong Communication & Stakeholder management skills.
