**About the role**:
This varied and challenging role is one of the key roles within our Finance Team. Your main focus will be ensuring timely invoices processing and approval through the Officeworks software system. Other duties include processing and maintaining of the employee expense system, and processing and maintaining the company credit card. The role liaises with many internal and external stakeholders, investigating and resolving queries from suppliers and team members.

We operate a hybrid working environment at Officeworks - a combination of working from home (WFH) and our new Corporate office in Chadstone.
